  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 
  3. You are responsible for activity under your account. 
  4. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

3. Community Purpose

This site is a community platform for Jedi-inspired philosophy, discussion, lessons, trials, mentorship, and member progression.

4. User Content

“User Content” includes forum posts, replies, reflections, trial submissions, profile content, messages, and comments.

  1. You retain ownership of your User Content. 
  2. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and moderate that content for operating the service. 
  3. You represent that you have the right to post your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others. 
  2. Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content. 
  3. Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation. 
  4. Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data. 
  5. Upload malware or interfere with site operation. 
  6. Use the platform for spam, scams, or deceptive behavior.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may, at our discretion:

  1. Remove or edit content. 
  2. Limit, suspend, or terminate accounts. 
  3. Restrict features (including forum, apprenticeship, or progression tools). 
  4. Review and decide disputes or community-safety concerns.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the community and platform integrity.

7. Ranks, Lessons, Trials, and Apprenticeship

  1. Ranks, permissions, progression, and access are controlled by site administrators. 
  2. Lesson/trial requirements and apprenticeship rules may change over time. 
  3. Trial grading and feedback are governed by authorized members and administrators. 
  4. Apprenticeship requests and end-request decisions may be reviewed by eligible members and admins.

8. Availability and Changes

  1. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time. 
  2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 
  3. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date.

9. Intellectual Property

The site’s software, branding, and design elements (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
